Philadelphia, PA – NAAAP leaders presiding at the 2007 NAAAP National Leadership Retreat themed "Brotherly Love," introduced innovative, service offerings for NAAAP members and partners alike.

Sixty participants representing NAAAP’s expanding strength across the United States and Canada discussed plans to improve cohesion between NAAAP’s 10 chapters and 15 ventures. Based on a shared “working together” philosophy, NAAAP National leaders and its Board of Directors committed to work in partnership to deliver strategic services in NAAAP regions to increase value to its members and corporate and community partners.

In addition to national and regional diversity career fairs, NAAAP is launching National Diversity On-line Employment Services for NAAAP corporate partners and Asian professionals seeking to advance their careers. Corporate partnership guidelines to access North America’s premier Asian professional talent pool is scheduled by end of March 2007. Currently, free recruiting access to the on-line employment service is reserved for corporate partners participating in the 2007 NAAAP National Conference scheduled in August 2007. Detailed sponsorship information can be found in the 2007 Convention Sponsorship Package.

As a result of the organizations growth throughout North America, NAAAP will continue to invest in its organizational infrastructure, including hardware acquisitions to support its rising membership. NAAAP chapters and ventures will increase their local programming efforts and collaborate on strategic marketing campaigns to increase membership acquisition and retention as well as to promote corporate partners’ products, services, and recruiting efforts.
