We had to pleasure of introducing Dr. Vu Pham during our 5th Webinar series instalment on March 30th, 2010 entitled: “Navigating Today’s Intergenerational Workforce: The Gen Y Perceptions 360 Study”, where he presented The Gen Y Perceptions Study, a mass-scale 360 that surveyed more than 700 respondents from different generations to measure how Gen Y views itself in comparison to how other generations view Gen Y. Dr. Pham analyzed the results of the survey and its implications for the U.S. workforce, including best practices.
