Attract, recruit top diverse talent in today’s competitive marketplace

In today’s global shortage for talent, the topic of how to architect the new world of work with diversity, equity, inclusion and sustainability in mind is a hot one. As of 2019, Canada joined the USA and became one of the countries with the highest rate of immigration per capita, in the skilled worker categories in the world.

Considering this influx of educated and qualified candidates, the gender pay gap, the unemployment rate and the lack of diversity in leadership, why do we continue to have talent shortages? Why do we have hundreds of applicants per role and yet, few qualified candidates?

Randstad Canada believes that some of the answers to this question lie within diversity, equity and inclusion. Co-sponsored by NAAAP Toronto and the ERG Leadership Council in Toronto, we will hear from the EDI division of Randstad Canada about how they are working with their clients and own organization to meet these staffing challenges across North America. This panel will share real life case studies and some of the tools, tips and techniques that they use to successfully fill diversity slates, expand talent pools, and fill jobs.
