About the Speakers:

Pauline Huie – Organizational Development Consultant at Excellis Partners LLC

An organizational development & learning consultant, corporate/life coach with over 20 years of diverse corporate experience spanning various sectors including finance, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, higher education, and consumer products. She partners with clients to build organizational capacity and capabilities toward greater inclusion, health, and higher performance by shaping corporate culture, facilitating change management, and developing talent management initiatives. With a focus on building emotional and cultural intelligence, she is passionate about empowering and equipping individuals to live their best-self life with clarity of purpose and goals, with alignment to one’s core values.

Kristen Drobnis – Chief Risk Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network

Experienced risk professional with more than 12 years of expertise in all aspects of risk, information security, data privacy (GDPR), compliance and as well as leadership development. Over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and state government. Managing large scale projects, with budgets ranging from $100K to over $5M. Developed and optimized risk, audit, vendor, and disaster recovery controls, policies and procedures, and documentation. Skilled at building communication and consensus among business and technical groups. Developed and delivered training programs related to project risk management, vendor management and business continuity. University Instructor: teaching project risk management, cost and budgeting and planning and scheduling, risk analytics within a Master’s level program.

Sai Seethala – Director, Data Engineering and Analytics at DentaQuest

Global data leader experienced in a broad and diverse range of technologies, analytics, and marketing approaches required to successfully deliver superior business results. Deep practical expertise and skills in data engineering, Big Data analytics, data warehouses, product management, data monetization, partnership development, and change management.

Sai is currently Director of Data and Analytics Engineering at DentaQuest. With over 12 years of experience in applied analytics, distributed systems, data warehouses, product management and software development. At DentaQuest, his key focus is providing Next Generation Analytics for the enterprise, enabling large scale data processing across various platforms and powering Machine Learning workflows for amazing customer experiences.

About the Moderator:

Chien-Mei Chang – Senior Leadership Development Program Manager at Parexel

Chien-Mei Chang began volunteering with NAAAP Boston in 2005 and as a leader of the Community Service Committee in 2007. She rejoined NAAAP Boston as a member of the Board of Directors in 2019. Beginning May 2021, she also is the Interim President. Chien-Mei currently works as a Senior Leadership Development Program Manager at Parexel International, where she helps leaders obtain the necessary tools and skills to succeed. Prior to working at Parexel, Chien-Mei served within talent management and learning/leadership development areas for different bio-pharmaceutical companies.

As a moderator, Chien-Mei looks forward to leveraging her past moderator/facilitator experiences. During NAAAP Boston’s 2019 AccelerAsian Leadership Conference, Chien-Mei moderated the panel discussion, “Igniting Your Passion”. In her professional roles, she has facilitated and instructed various learning programs, as well as led various executive roundtables, executive mentoring programs, and peer mentoring programs.

Chien-Mei holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University. She also earned a Master of Science in Organizational Learning and Development with a Certificate in Organizational Development from Suffolk University.
