“She is looking for help, can you help her?”
“Email Alex. He is available for a meeting later.”

A seemingly harmless reference to a customer, colleague, or friend can well be creating/causing enduring pain and prejudice; Are you unconsciously perpetuating them?

Whether it be recruiting, developing, or retaining talent, business leaders must learn how to draw out the best in each team member while fostering a productive and respectful culture.

How can we as responsive leaders step up to the challenge and practice/promote more inclusive language within our workplace and community? Why do pronouns matter, how do you use them, and what are the options?

Join NAAAP and the NAAAP Pride team as we offer a quick, powerful presentation on The Power Of Pronouns: Creating Inclusive & Respectful Communities. Learn the basic framework of how inclusive pronouns work and get your questions answered in this live, interactive webinar.
