Licensed mental health therapist, Stephanie Lee, will help you tap into the natural resources of your brain and body to enable you to function at your fullest potential. She will provide insightful information as well as practical tools to help you put your best foot forward in 2021.
Bio:
Stephanie Lee is a licensed mental health therapist who specializes in helping Asian Americans improve their relationships with themselves and with others. She works with Asian and Asian mixed-race couples as well as Asian individuals wanting support with their relational lives. She helps clients navigate the complexities of culture and identity and understand how they impact their relationships, both personal and professional. She received her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, completed specialized postgraduate training in Psychodynamic Therapy at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley, and is a certified Healing Shame Practitioner from The Healing Shame Institute in Berkeley. She has been helping individuals and couples over the last nine years and currently runs her private practice, Bay Area Relationship Support, via telehealth.
